RS175I’m Rob Stanley, guitarist, songwriter, producer, and founder of the Rockanomics Digital Magazine and Digital Village Social Network. Musically, my influences go back to the 60s and 70s with guitar-heavy bands like Led Zep, Van Halen, Rush, Queen, Hendrix, Boston, and Nugent. Politically, I consider myself a common sense conservative Republican. I’m a firm believer in American exceptionalism, self-reliance, limited government, low taxes, and a totally dominating kick-ass high tech military. No, I did not serve in the armed forces, but many in my family have.

Rockanomics is an online music and pop culture digest that celebrates American exceptionalism and entrepreneurism, pays tribute to our armed forces and their families, and honors public figures when they perform admirably. We also shine a spotlight on leftist kooks in the music industry, politics, academia, and other media that erode and destroy the fabric of our culture through their words and deeds. As a member of the Digital Village, you’ll have the opportunity to connect and network with other like minded proud Americans, share ideas, and discuss the important issues of our day.

We sincerely appreciate your time in checking out the Rockanomics Digital Magazine and Digital Village! We would be honored to have you as a regular visitor, fan, and member, and we’ll do our best to bring you interesting, informative, and entertaining pop-culture media. So grab a drink, put on your favorite music, register, and introduce yourself to the Village with your member profile — we are all anxious to meet you!

Also, please consider buying products or using the services of the companies you may see displayed around the site and in our communications. This will go a long way to support the substantial costs associated with running and maintaining a publication and community such as Rockanomics. Thank you!
